For the median home price in a city like Nashville, you could buy here a house beyond your wildest dreams. There are even turn-key properties for sale in Italy under $100,000. Whether you are looking to buy a move-in-ready property, a renovation project, or anything in between, we find properties of all types, prices, sizes, and conditions. We specialize in pre-1920 homes, built in the classic, historic, traditional Italian and Piemontese style. The different types and styles are signified by:

1. Convert the sale price in Euros to US Dollars.
ex: €200,00 x 1.1 (January 2024) = US$220,000

2. If it will not be your primary residence, add approximately 16% to the sale price to cover registration taxes, agent fee, notaio, etc.
Secondary Residence Example:
$220,000 + 16% ($35,200) = US$255,200 Total
OR
3. If this will be your primary residence*, add approximately 10% to the sale price to cover registration (sales) tax, agent fee, notaio, etc.
Primary Residence Example:
US$220,000 + 10% ($22,000) = US$242.000 Total
